After completing a successful formal rush, brothers in the California Chi chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon convened their first chapter meeting of the spring semester.
The chapter now comprised of 12 members worked through a comprehensive agenda outlining plans for future recruitment and laying out an improved development program.
In two weeks, chapter leaders will participate in SigEp’s Carlson Leadership Academy, the fraternity’s premiere regional leadership institute in Woodland Hills. Carlsons will present the brotherhood an important opportunity to connect with brothers from other chapters in California to trade notes on best practices.
The chapter will also be participating in a retreat co-facilitated by SigEp HQ Staff and members of the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life. This exercise is emblematic of a renewed partnership between the fraternity and its university partners.
California Chi is off to a great start!
